It could not be any easier to register with the TemplatesWork website. This is a requirement for all the sellers that wish to market their templates on our program. We require certain items and procedures before we can accept the application. TemplatesWork has a quality assurance program which means that we take extra care when taking on new sellers. At the same time we are constantly working to increase access:

  • The seller needs to register and provide accurate information. The provision of inaccurate information might create payment and copyright problems at a later stage
  • All the information provided to TemplatesWork will be kept on a secure server. We will not give out the seller’s private contact details unless they make a specific request. The information gathered is used for our own administrative purposes.
  • TemplatesWork follows the data protection acts and measures when registering new sellers. If you feel that your rights have been breached then you should contact the business manager so that the issue can be rectified.
  • It is important that sellers provide the TemplatesWork with a valid payment email. This will reduce the time that is taken to process the payments that go through the system. You can update the payment email at any time.
  • Registration with the TemplatesWork website does not guarantee acceptance to the program. We carry out our own assessment of each application before we reach a decision to offer a contract.
  • The details on the registration for the TemplatesWork can be changed in some aspects once the seller logs in to post their templates. This is meant to give sellers the flexibility to amend their personal details on the form.
  • Multiple registrations are not allowed and the TemplatesWork system will reject any registrations that appear to be duplicates. You will be notified of the decision.
Upload Templates

One of the key elements for the sellers on the TemplatesWork will be the uploading of items. There are some procedures that need to be followed in order to ensure that the template is not rejected by our quality assurance team:

  • Make sure that you are fully registered on the TemplatesWork so that you can access the features that are available on our website. You need to verify your email address before gaining access to the account home page where you can upload your templates.
  • Review some existing templates that have been on the TemplatesWork website before submitting your templates. This is will give an idea of the standards of work that we expect from our sellers. You can join a user forum to improve your awareness of the protocols that govern the website.
  • TemplatesWork team carefully review all the templates that have been submitted by the seller and approve or reject the uploaded templates. In case of rejection, you can resubmit the template after addressing the rejection reasons.
  • Make sure that all the required files have been uploaded onto the TemplatesWork. This can be done by looking at the activities on your account. The draft document will appear. If there is a disconnection during the upload you will need to log in again and check to make sure that the file has been successfully loaded.
  • Use the approved formats when uploading the files. This will mean that the TemplatesWork can easily market the items that you have sent and they will not be rejected by the system. TemplatesWork publishes a list of formats that are acceptable for uploading the files.
  • TemplatesWork will reject any uploads that contain malware or virus. Make sure that you test your templates before uploading them.
  • In order to ascertain that no one else has taken up copyright on your template it is important that you do a quick internet search before submitting the template. If there are any disputes on the copyright, you need to ensure that they are resolved before submitting the templates.
Get Paid

It is very easy to get paid using the TemplatesWork. The team operates a secure payment system for your peace of mind. The basic terms and conditions of the payment are as follows:

  • TemplatesWork operates a non refundable policy for the templates that have been sold to the buyers. Once the transaction is complete we will deduct our commission as per the agreement and send the remainder to your account.
  • The seller needs to register and create an account with TemplatesWork. This process must be complete before the seller can upload their templates.
  • The payment schedule is once a month into the PayPal account. Payment methods are being extended and the team will notify the authors if there are new payment systems that are available.
  • Files that have been uploaded to the TemplatesWork will be verified and approved according to the agreed schedule. Approved templates will appear in the listings and the sellers can start to earn money from them.
  • Commission that is charged follows a pattern as follows

    Gold Club Sellers 85% - $0.30 Sold 50+ items

  • The TemplatesWork has support systems to deal with any payment queries. The sellers are given increases payment rates and bonuses for the work that they submit. It pays to put up many templates on the website because you will eventually progress to the premium membership rates where you keep a high percentage of your fees.
  • The TemplatesWork has a strict anti fraud policy and buyers that engage in such activities will be suspended. The seller is protected by our anti fraud policies.
